NEW  SMART PUMPS "DOSSER D-28" WITH FULL-COLOR TOUCH  SCREEN AND STEPPER MOTOR

The D-28 DOSSER peristaltic pump series is designed for the transfer of exact quantities and repetitive dispensing with great accuracy in aseptic conditions.

Equipped with a microprocessor, they provide an intuitive menu assisted by a full-color touch screen that allows the calculation of parameters, speed of selection, execution of the options offered automatically by the pump when choosing the desired flow rate in ml/min, calibrations, and memory for programming carried out.

Parameters such as flow rate,type of rubber, diameter of the rubber, pumping duration, volume in automatic dosages and number of them with times involved, can be set, and memorized for later use.

You can also select the working language.

Flow rates are obtained from 0,002 ml/minute to 1750 ml/minute with single-channel or multi-channel heads and versions with low or negligible pulse pumping.

Many tubes or hoses of different sizes are available made of materials resistant to various conflicting substances.

Five pump heads available with different heads that provide the characteristics of the head and the revolutions of the installed stepper motor.                                                                           

PUMP HEADS

CF4r pump head with 4 rollers, extremely comfortable tube extraction. 1,6mm wall tubes from 0.5 to 6.4 mm inner diameter.

CFV-4r pump head with 4 rollers, extremely comfortable tube extraction. Supports 3 additional overlapping pump heads. For 1.6mm TW tube from 0.5 to 4.8mm ID.

153-3r head, with 3 rollers, long-lasting continuous use. Easy tube loading. Tubes 1,6mm TW and 0.5 to 8.0mm ID. Accepts 1 additional pump head.

MC2 pump head with 2 channels with 10 drive rollers. Supports up to a total of 12 overlapping channels.

MC4 head with 4 channels with 10 drive rollers. Supports up to a total of 12 overlapping channels.                    

The pumps include a set of tubes suitable for their pump head.
