Turbidimeters

Turbidimeter Model D-110 and D-110IR

The DINKO Turbidimeters are a nephelometric instruments that senses the quantity of light-reflecting particles in water. A beam of light is focused and passed through the sample. Light scattered by particles in water is detected by photo cells located at 90º angle to the incident  beam of light and displays the results in NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity  Units)
The model D-110 is designed to conform EPA 180.1 requirements related in "EPA  Manual of Methods for Chemical  Analyses of Water and Wastes"  U.S.A. with tungsten wide-band light source 400 to 600nm
With the purpose of palliating the influence of the diffuse light, the colour of the sample and the difference between the angles of scattering light according  the size of the particles, a group of sensors covering 360º around the sample tube is used.

The signals obtained are averaged automatically and turbidity readings RATIO are offered in NTU units.

Calibration ranges remains memorised by the instrument, only drop in the standard and push a button. The keyboard avoids the accidental change of the fixed values and the calibrations will be able to spacing

The  zero calibration is by user.
The 10 last readings remains under temporary memory

Turbidimeter 110 has a resistance housing in coloured grey and black keyboard, illuminated LCD display, general rear switch, fuse of  protection
The apparatus is given calibrated with eight sample cuvettes and instruction manual

The model D-110IR is designed to conform ISO 7027(DIN 27027)requirements with a infrared led 860nm peak wavelength source

The portable version 110P includes rechargeable battery up to 1000 test, charger and aluminium carrying case

Turbidimeter D-112 and D-112IR

The DINKO Turbidimetersare a nephelometric instruments that senses the quantity of light-reflecting particles in water.

A beam of light is focused and passed through the sample.Light scattered by particles in water is detected by photo cells located at 90º angle to the incident beam of light and displays the results in NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units)

The D-112 is designed according 180.1 EPA method related in “EPA Manual of Methods for Chemical Analyses of Water and Wastes” U.S.A. with tungsten wide-band light source.

The  D-112IR  is according ISO 7027(DIN 27027) requirements with a infrared led 860nm peak wavelength source

PECULIARITIES- To alleviate the influence of diffuse light, the colour of the sample and the difference between the angles of scattering light according to the size of the particles, a group of sensors covering 360º around the sample tube is used.

The signals obtained are averaged automatically and turbidity readings RATIO are offered in NTU units on the right scale without user intervention.

SIGNAL AVERAGING-By means of the AVERAGE key on the front panel the ratio readings made in a given time are automatically averaged.

CALIBRATION-The instrument is supplied calibrated, but it has the function of user recalibration in 4 points. An excessive deviation in subsequent calibrations generates an "error" message in the reader. The membrane keyboard prevents accidental change of the set values and calibrations can be spaced. The zero is set at the factory but it is included in the user re-calibration function.

The parameters involved in the calibration process, readings, time and date are accessible for adjustment and maintenance work.

PRESENTATION- Turbidimeter D-112 has resistance housing in coloured metallic grey and black keyboard, back-light LCD display, general rear switch, and fuse of protection. The apparatus is give with 8 sample cuvettes and instruction manual

Turbidimeter/Colorimeter McFarland

The Colorimeter McFarland is an user-friendly instrument. Controlled by microprocessor, it contributes great precision, speed and comfort in the determination of the turbidity or density that they go acquiring solutions with growth of bacterial colonies.
The Colorimeter has a range of 0 to 4 McFarland units. They are obtained readings with a resolution of 0.01 McFarland in only 1 seconds and extrapolated readings up to 10 McFarland units.
The  Colorimeter is calibrated to correspond with the turbidity of the Barium Sulphate precipitate produced when adding Barium Chloride to the Sulphuric Acid, under McFarland (Journal of American Medical Association)and CLSI (Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute) conditions.

The front panel includes a keyboard membrane that contributes an excellent watertight and it facilitates the control functions with only four keys.
The function Calibration allows the user re-calibration with standards.

The cell holder admits tubes to 18mm. diameter.
Supplied with ring adapaters for tubes of 13 and 16mm. diameter.
